Delivery Information

All orders placed on www.mullahstore.com are shipped to the single delivery address provided at the time of checkout. If you wish to ship products to multiple addresses, kindly place separate orders for each location.

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely deliveries. Courier partners may be changed or updated at our discretion to maintain service quality.

Currently, we only accept and deliver orders within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Charges

We offer free delivery on some orders* (conditions) with no hidden charges. Customers are advised not to pay any additional amount to the delivery rider other than the invoice amount mentioned in the order confirmation.

Delivery Timeline

  • Major Cities: Estimated delivery within 4–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: Estimated delivery within 6–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary during sales events, public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Order Processing & Tracking

Where possible, all products within a single order are shipped together. However, in certain cases due to stock availability or logistics, items may be dispatched separately.

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive:

  • An Order Confirmation Email

  • A Shipment Confirmation Email with Tracking Details once the order has been dispatched

Payment Options

We offer secure online payments through bank credit/debit cards with industry-standard payment protection.

Customers may also choose the Cash on Delivery (COD) option and pay the delivery rider in cash at the time of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us at +92 3432752186 and sharing:

  • Your Order Number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Complaints submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement or resolution.

 


 

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their order before it has been dispatched. During the confirmation call from our team, you may request order cancellation if the shipment process has not yet started.

Typically, orders are dispatched within 3–4 hours of placement. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

How to Cancel an Order

To cancel your order:

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Go to “Manage Your Order”

  3. Select and cancel the relevant order

If you placed the order as a guest, please create an account using the same contact details used during checkout and follow the cancellation process.

Refund Timeline

If the order has not yet been shipped, cancellation requests will generally be processed within 2 working days.

For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after successful cancellation confirmation.

 


 

Unclaimed or Incomplete Product Policy

If the Customer Does Not Respond

If a product remains unclaimed after delivery attempts or customer communication, the company will hold the product for up to 2 months from the delivery date.

If the customer fails to claim the product within this period, Mullah Store reserves the right to:

  • Dispose of the product as scrap, or

  • Assess the product value, deduct applicable handling/storage expenses, and donate the remaining amount to charity (Sadaqah)

If a Product is Sent Without Complete Details

If a customer sends a parcel or return shipment without complete identification or order details, the company will hold the product for up to 2 months while attempting to identify the owner.

If no valid claim is made within this period, the company reserves the right to:

  • Dispose of the product as scrap, or

  • Assess its value, deduct associated expenses, and donate the remaining balance to charity (Sadaqah)

Important Notice

Customers are responsible for collecting or responding regarding their products within one month from the delivery date. Failure to do so will grant Mullah Store the authority to dispose of, assess, or donate the remaining value of the product after deducting applicable expenses.
