Packaging Requirements
The product must be returned in its original manufacturer packaging or box in undamaged condition.
If the product was delivered in Mullah Store packaging, customers are requested to use the same packaging for returns.
To avoid damage during transit:

Do not place stickers or labels directly on manufacturer packaging
Quality Check Process
Returned products are subject to a Quality Check (QC) process before approval.
If the returned item does not meet the stated return conditions, the refund or replacement request may be rejected.

The product will be shipped back to the customer within 4–6 business days after inspection.

After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the item may be marked as scrap and no refund or replacement will be provided.

Our reverse courier process is free of cost; customers are not required to pay delivery charges for approved warranty claims.
However, Mullah Store will not be responsible for:

Replacement Terms

Replacement products may be provided in equivalent condition if the exact model or variant is unavailable.

In case of any price difference, the customer must pay the balance amount before dispatch.
